Reading this website, submitting a request through it, or chatting with the site's assistant does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. That relationship is established through an examination of your pet at the clinic.

The chat assistant on this site is an automated software tool powered by artificial intelligence. It cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it will not offer medical advice.

Its role is limited to sharing the clinic's published information and collecting your name, phone number, your pet's name, and the reason for your visit so that clinic staff can call you back. If the assistant is asked a medical question, the correct outcome is a callback from the clinic, not an answer from the software.

Call the clinic at (605) 368-2088. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed Sunday.

Do not delay seeking care for your pet because of something you read on this website or something the site's assistant told you. Guidance for reaching care outside of the clinic's business hours is posted on the New Patients and Contact pages.

References on this site to medications or products, including items available through the clinic's online pharmacy portal, are informational. They are not a recommendation for your pet. Give your pet medication only as directed by your veterinarian.
